At Giggles Fun Zone Pvt Ltd, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for bookings made with us.

1. Cancellations by Customers

  • Advance Notice: Customers may cancel their booking by providing at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled date.
  • Eligible Refunds:
    • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance – eligible for a full refund (after deduction of applicable processing charges).
    • Cancellations made 24–48 hours in advance – eligible for a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance – no refund will be provided.

2. Rescheduling

  • Customers may reschedule their booking subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled booking.
  • Only one rescheduling per booking is permitted.

3. No-Show Policy

  • If a customer does not show up for their booking without prior cancellation or rescheduling, the booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

4. Cancellations by Giggles Fun Zone Pvt Ltd

  • In rare cases where we are required to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, safety concerns, government restrictions, or natural events), customers will be offered:
    • A full refund, or
    • An option to reschedule at no additional cost.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be made using the original mode of payment (bank transfer, UPI, card payment, etc.).
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Entry passes, food & beverages, promotional packages, or special event tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
